RocMicro computers is based out of Rochester, New York. We build custom computer systems, sell used computers desktops and laptops as well as new brand name computers. We also offer repair services, and home pickup and delivery.

Formerly known as Crystal Computers, ROC Micro is dedicated to providing you with the best customer service backed by the best prices around. We sell systems and components all over the United States. We have been in business for over 5 years.

Currently we do not have a retail location because in not doing so we can pass the savings onto you the consumer. We do have a location in Fairport, NY where you can come pick up your systems. We also offer free pickup and delivery for computer repair and upgrades within the Rochester, NY area and surrounding suburbs ( Certain restrictions apply for some areas).

Our experienced staff has 20+ years experience in micro computers and we back up all our custom systems with a 2 year full warranty in writing. We realize there is a growing need for an honest computer business in Rochester that provides consumers with fair pricing and incredible customer service. We are strongly against up selling and selling people things they the do not need. We are in the process of acquiring a office location in the Rochester area, but as of right now new systems pickups are by appointment only or we will deliver the system to you for a small additional fee.
