You will receive a response to your pickup request within 12-24 hours. If it is an emergency please start your problem description with the words EMERGENCY and we will address the issue with a high priority. Please be as descriptive as you can when explaining the problem in the box below.

This FREE pickup/delivery service is for the ROCHESTER, NY & surrounding suburbs only.

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse pickup and delivery with certain locations. If we are unable to come to your location we will let you know the same day via email or phone so you can make other arrangements. Please note all diagnostics of computer problems will be done in our repair center only, we do not diagnose computer problems at the customer's location. Thank you.
